How to color the cell values in a Cross-Table by comparing two cell values in the existing Cross-Table?

Hello,

I have a cross-table where I want to color the cell value rows according to whether its value is greater than or less than the cell values from a different expression. You'll find the image of the cross table attached.

These are the values:

Sum(case  when [Metric]="Production Availability - Actual" then [Numerator] end) / Sum(case  when [Metric]="Production Availability - Actual" then [Denominator] end) as [Prod. Avail. Actual],

Sum(case  when [Metric]="Production Availability - Target" then [Numerator] end) / Sum(case  when [Metric]="Production Availability - Target" then [Denominator] end) as [Prod. Avail. Target],

I want to show in my cross table the [Prod.Avail.Actual] values colored green if its value is greater than [Prod.Avail.Target] and red if it is less than.

Is there any way to do this?
