How to color the outliers in a line chart

I have created line chart with Y-axis as Value(points 0-10) and X-axis(points A-Z). I have two columns Alpha and omega, I want to color any value above max(alpha) > Value in red and max(omega) < Value in Green. How do I create separate colors above/below these two columns.

Thanks

I have uploaded a sample data set, if you see the color by section. I ideally want Alpha values to be Red when it is greater than Value and Orange when Value less than Omega.

I have tried rules, the problem is it just shows me axis.color in the custom expression, I want to use something like value > max(Alpha) and then give it a color. My data table contains 4 columns, Value , Column2, Alpha and Omega. the value and column2 are plotted on x and y axis. I want to use outliers from Alpha and omega to color my values based on custom expression. Let me know if I am not clear I can upload a dxp to explain more clearly

Could you add rules to the coloring and use your columns for that? I'll try it when I can get time.
