you can for sure use Streambase and Streambase liveview for monitoring.
If I understand correct, you are looking for events in multiple streaming datasources and combining those datasources. This is typically something you should use StreamBase for. StreamBase has many adapters with which you can open up you sources and stream the content through a StreamBase application, including an EMS adapter, and multiple adapters that can read files.
You can combine the streams and define rules which check for certain events
Liveview you can use to monitor certain streams using the visuals that come with streambase Liveview. You can define rules and actions when certain events occur.

Hi,
Im looking for a good solution to monitor service. Events are generated by different sources like logged errors from log files, and infrastructure events like metrics from TIBCO EMS (queue listeners, number of messages received, memory usage). We want to combine all these events into a service health dashboard. Im setting up a proof of concept with Tibco BE but maybe Streambase Liveview would be better. I just start the POC and see what we will learn. Its hard to choose when the requirements are not clear so we have to learn these in the POC.

I seem to have confused myself though on how you talk about streaming analytic's - where you mention Stream Base positions itself. How is this any different from simple functions like continuous queries and event stream processing plugins from BE?
