Maintained customers of TIBCO Nimbus can ask for additional help from the TIBCO Nimbus Support team
You should raise a case by logging into https://support.tibco.com
If your support issue is urgent there are phone numbers to call listed at this location.

Within the Support Portal we have a great number of KB articles which will asist with common problems and questions associated with the TIBCO Nimbus product
