I need to review a case from a collegue
As Philip answered, that feature is not available at this time. The present security model that is implemented only allows a logged in user to see the cases they they are the owner of.
We are giving consideration to changing the model to allow what you are asking for.
At this time the feature is not available but is been reviewed as an enhancement. In the mean time you would open cases on behalf of your colleagues to be able to track and review cases.
