We are in-house and currently using version 9.5.1.
An area of our content contains a large number of documents stored as Document Registry items. To give you an idea of the scale, there are 370 documents linked on 10 diagrams. The file and document links report gives me the file name which I can access by clicking through on the line entry in the report, but that obviously requires access to the author client. At least in our installation, the Documents\Master and Documents\Draft folders just contain everything in a great big heap, with no additional sub-folders so I am not sure how I would be able to take the files in the report and somehow identify them and group them together in the back end.
Is there an easy way of sorting and identifying Registry documents for export, review and potential revision outside of Nimbus?
My proposed solution at the moment is to bring the reviewer to the content by setting them up as an author who can access Registry content in its current location but that might not always be possible.
Any guidance would be much appreciated.
