How would I label the last point on a scatter plot line?

I would like to add custom labels for each last point in a line (basically the last day on each line). I made an excel sheet with the custom labels and used the label by function. I however cant find a way to only mark the last points only. Using the marking feature and attaching to tags is only temporary because once I close the program, every thing I tagged is lost.

Is there a custom expression I could put in the label by section that labels only the last points?

My thought was to create a calculated column that would provide a label only where you want it. For instance, if you want a label for each item but only for the most recent date then an expression something like this: IF([Date]=DateTimeNow(),[label]) then use this column to label by. This might align a label value in a column for each date that equals the current or Max date.
This is just a simple idea and may take some fiddling.

Is there a way to limit the labels themselves without limiting all the other points on the plot?
My issue is in a line chart, the labels fall at the end of the line (which is what I want) but then when two lines overlap, so do the labels. So I converted to a scatter plot as this gave me the option of labeling individual points on the line. But now I cant figure out how to label each line a different label on the very end of the line (on the scatter plot). I used Label by: if(Max[Days on]=365, [Label],"") but this gives an error [Label] is an excel sheet with the labels for each line. And I would like the label to be on the last day it was on. In this case its only applying to 365 points not the points before

Maybe you can limit the labels by date. If you have a sample of the data it might be easier to see what you have and a possible solution.
