I am having problems with TERR on Linux at a POC at Allstate.

Hi all,

I am having problems with TERR on Linux at a POC at Allstate.   It is a pretty high priority and they want to get an environment up by mid-week if possible.   They are using a number of packages, the first of which when we load it gives the following error:

I am getting error on Linux Terr 3.2 when loading randomForest library. library installs but when i run library(randomForest) command get following error:

> library(randomForest)
Warning message:
In library.dynam(chname = chname, package = package, lib.loc... : Problem loading foreign binary /opt/TIBCO/terr32/site-library/randomForest/libs/randomForest.so: /opt/TIBCO/terr32/site-library/randomForest/libs/randomForest.so: undefined symbol: Rf_error
Error in .loadNamespaceImpl(package, path, keep.source, partial) : error executing useDynLib for dynamic library 'randomForest' from package 'randomForest' loaded from /opt/TIBCO/terr32/site-library : Error in library.dynam(chname = chname, package = package, lib.loc = ... : Foreign binary randomForest could not be loaded

This is a POC need some help if anyone can provide some direction. Library installs and loads fine in R 3.1.3 and also runs on TERR 3.2 for Windows. Not sure why TERR 3.2 is not finding Rf_error symbol.

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated, not sure which way to look at this point to resolve.  I am guessing its a dependcy but that fact that it runs in R and not TERR on the same machine has me baffled.  I also took the library that was built in R and copied it to TERR, but still get same error in TERR.

The other packages being used are:

library(randomForest)

library(rattle)

library(rpart.plot)

library(RColorBrewer)

library(caret)

library(rpart)

library(party)

library(partykit)

library(RServe)

library(bnlearn)

library(gRain)

Thanks,

Rob
