iPhone/iPad Spotfire App Errors

We have a need to deploy iPads with the Spotfire App.  We are currently receiving a number of errors that are preventing us from robustly being able to access the reports on the app.  I have attached screen shots of the errors.  These errors appear intermittently - sometimes the app works fine and sometimes the errors appear while still authenticated to the local intranet.  Please provide some guidance on how to resolve these errors so that we may move forward.
