Issue: Scribe Agent Heartbeat Failure

We use Scribe online tool to migrate data between SQL on premise database to MS Dynamics CRM online​. We are facing an issue with Scribe Agent. We are using Scribe Online with Scribe on premise agent. The setup was working perfectly fine since last 1 year. We got this issue since 2 days back.

 

To elaborate, In Scribe application web page under Agent section we are getting Status as 'Heartbeat Failed'. So we followed the Scribe help link (

https://help.scribesoft.com/scribe/en/sol/agent/agenttroubleshoot.htm

). On analysis, we verified that Scribe agent service is running with proper access. Even then in application webpage we are still getting 'Heartbeat Failed' message. On checking log file we have got below mentioned error message:
