Met or Exceeded TAT
I am new to this forum and trying to submit a question with same ple data (attached). I am trying to figure out a ratio of the % of times a ticket met the requested Turnaround Time (TAT). In our process the end user can submit a Requested TAT and the resolved Date signfiies when the ticket was marked complete. In column i have manually put if whether the requested TAT was met or not but how do i do this Spotfire 10. A column like column "E" does not exist so do we need to create one like that? Either way i am looking for the most efficient way to obtain this ratio so that i can determine the % of times our team is able to meet the requested TAT.
