Currently, the View All button is not redirecting properly to make all cases someone owns, past and present, view-able from the My Cases tab. At the moment, for anyone to view all their cases, proceed to the My Profile area (located in the drop-down menu on your name in the top-right) and select Cases. All your cases, past and present, from the last 2 years will be visible from this section.
We updated the case view in My Cases to show 100 cases. If you have more than 100 cases, you can see all of them if you go to the drop-down menu in the upper left, select My Profile, then select Cases.
