My cases are not showing up

Hi, just logged into this new portal and my cases are not showing up.  I used the same username as I've used in the past lluchau@silverpop.com when signing into this new support site.  For example, here is one of my cases that I should see.

Incident DetailsTicket Number: GA4I655734

Date/Time Opened: 10/4/2016 5:54:47 PM
