My solutions were stuck on 'stopping' for 2 days so I followed the advice of the Scribe help centre and I restarted the agent.. But now the agent has been stuck on "restarting" for almost a week now. Does anywone have an idea how to fix this?
there was a job with failed records around 15 k which took the agent to 4GB sdf file, which is the limit before it sync the data with Scribe cloud. We have installed a new agent and everything seems to be up and running again. I would suggest you to install a separate agent to use it for those solutions which are under the testing phase. So that if something similar happens, it will not affect your production jobs.
