Near realtime requirements - CRM <-> ERP
We are developing an application as part of a CRM deployment for use in a call centre that needs to present up information held in an ERP located in our datacenter in near realtime to agents on calls. I'm hearing that the fastest turnaround time we can expect from request to populate some fields is in the order of 3 to 4 seconds mainly due to the architecture of scribe agents only polling once per second, with 3 agents, one in Azure, one online, one at the remote ERP site. I'm new to scribe so not sure what the options are, does this sound right? or is there another way?
