Oracle Driver and Connection Server Side

Hello, I just developed an AWS environment with Tibco Spotfire pre-installed. I want to connect a Oracle DB from Tibco Analyst via browser. But I can't see the Oracle connection.

I've installed the Oracle Instant Client and ODBC driver. I copied the jar into tomcat/lib folder.
