Parse DateTime in Queue based CRM 365 integration?



following situation:

we have a queue based integration from Dynamics CRM 365 to a Webservice adapter destination. The XML messages created by the CRM publisher doesn't contain data types anymore since an update I don't know (reason is unclear to me).

This is a problem concerning datetime destination fields.

2 problems here:

1. how can a we parse a datetime from a string value like 2018-06-14T00:00:00+02:00? The function I found is called TODATETIME(). When I try to use the function inside the DTS formular editor it says: "error executing formula TODATETIME(S13)".
