I have two Agents, one cloud and the other installed on a local system. Yesterday our CRM connector was defaulting to the Cloud Agent and would work fine, but this morning it was now defaulting to the installed Agent and would throw this common connection error.
Guid should contain 32 digits with 4 dashes (xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx).
Is there a way to make sure that a particular connector has a default Agent? Or a way to change it if it does get set again? I had to delete the connector and recreate it so the default Agent would show up as the Cloud Agent.
