A property (<${showDetailsBy}>) where this can be either Region or Country depending on User selection on a Drop down.

I have to Bring up an Bar chart Visualization.x Axis : A property (<${showDetailsBy}>) where this can be either Region or Country depending on User selection on a Drop down.Y Axis : is the Calculation of Sum of Sales for Products less than 30 days to Sum of all the Sales of the Country/Region.(Expression Used : (Sum(case  when [NO OF DAYS]<=30 then [SALES] else 0 end) OVER (All([Axis.X])) / Sum([SALES]) OVER (All([Axis.X])) ))Colour: Current Colouring is put as the Property (<${showDetailsBy}>)
I would like to Colour this Visualization w.r.t to the Output of Y axis.ie If the Output is <10000 then low, else if >10000 and  <15000 then medium else High.or the countries/Region having less sales in one colour, medium in another colour, and High is a different colour.
Note :I tried to use this with a Calculated Column to find the Y axis. But  if you apply the filter the output value is coming as same.So would like to Know , How to create a Colour by Scheme w.r.t  the Value of Y Axis dynamically (probably with out a calculated column as the barchart is calculated with out a calc column).

can I use something like " If [Axis.Y] is <10000 then 'Low' or something like this ?" in the custom expression section of Colour By.

Please Advice.
Thanks in Advance
