Scribe Publisher Activation Paused Errors

We see “An unexpected error occurred.” Error message when we try to PAUSE the CRM Publisher using the steps below:

1.      Open Scribe console

2.      Go to ‘Publishers and Bridges’, then Open up MSCRM publisher under

3.      Click ‘Step 5’

4.      In the ‘Status’ area, click ‘Paused’

5.      Click the ‘Apply’ button.

 

The error pops up at this point. However, we can pause the Publisher/Bridges by right-clicking on the Publisher and clicking “Pause” without doing these steps above.
