Self-developed plug-ins to access their own WCF service problems

Hello, I developed an extension through Spotfire's SDK, my extension will access my own WCF service, the original service address is "10.67.212.80", and today my service address has changed. Similarly, I updated and added Released a new extension, and inside the address is also updated to "10.67.212.81", im so, I re-open Spotfire, connecting my WCF service, visit or the original "10.67.2121.80", what is this Problem?
Here's my code:

Could not connect to net.tcp://10.67.212.80:8800/Service/. The connection attempt lasted for a time span of 00:00:21.0471588. TCP error code 10060: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 10.67.212.80:8800.

string addr_format = @"net.tcp://10.67.212.81:{0}/Service/";
var def_addr = string.Format(addr_format, "8800");
var uri = new Uri(def_addr);
var channelFactory = new ChannelFactory<S>(wcfBinding, endpoint);
channelFactory.Credentials.UserName.UserName = User_name;
channelFactory.Credentials.UserName.Password = User_password;

wcfBinding.Security.Mode = SecurityMode.Message;
wcfBinding.Security.Message.ClientCredentialType = MessageCredentialType.UserName;

var channel = channelFactory.CreateChannel();

icobj = (ICommunicationObject)channel;

icobj.Open();
