Serial number does not work after an upgrae to Insight 7.9.2
After an Upgrade to Scribe Insight 7.9.2 our serial number cannot be used to register the product. Error message is "The maintenance agreement has expired for this product." .
We had a perpetual license and when I checked the upgrade log it said that I can upgrade to 7.9.2.
Should I contact sales or do I need to downgrade to the old version so I can continue using Scribe Insight?
