I am new to Business Studio and am currently finalizing a sim model in order to develop a business case. I wanted to confirm how sub-processes work in a simulation scenario. I have used other tools that allow the ability to link sub-processes and simulate both the parent model and all linked sub-process models in one combined simulation. Business Studio does not appear to allow this, meaning you need to run each process model as a separate simulation even if they are linked by sub-processes. If I want to develop an end to end business case using nested process models, it appears I will need to run each simulation separately and then combine each result set into one master spreadsheet to get a summary ROI number. I would like to confirm whether this is accurate and any best practices to consider. Thanks in advance.
