Spotfire 7.12 TERR Upgrade Zoo Package

We just upgraded to 7.12 from 7.8. Now our analysis that has R data function calls are now broken. We are getting the following error message when we run the zoo package. But my same r script runs fine in R Studio and previous Spotfire versions. Is 7.12 running R code differently?

Could not execute function call.

TIBCO Enterprise Runtime for R returned an error: 'Error in .package.execute.initialization.function(ns, ".onLoad", dirn : error executing function '.onLoad' from package 'zoo' loaded from C:/Users//Documents/TERR/x86_64-pc-windows-library/4.4 : Error in register_s3_method("ggplot2", "autoplot", "zoo") : could not find function "isNamespaceLoaded"
