Update company field on a contact record in CRM

I am having a little trouble. I am building a CRM 2013 scribe online integrating solution that will update/insert contact records and set the parent company information. The source is a text file and the target is CRM 2013 on premise. Everything seems to be working except for the company look-up part. I am able to look-up the correct company record and get the GUID, but I can’t seem to update the company field in the contact record.

 

I’ve tried updating the following CRM contact entity fields:

 AccountId

AccountIdName

ParentContactId

ParentContactIdName

 

Nothing seems to work. Anyone know what I’m doing wrong?
