A user is having an issue with Web Player that I've never seen before. Web Player is working fine for me and others. Probably an IE issue, but wondering if anyone else has seen it and can offer any tips. See attached screenshot.
It seems it may have been when trying to open an analysis in webplayer from a link and it failed to open and then clicking on open library it would do that.
I thought it was a permissions issue but I am an administrator so it didn't make sense. It only happened once in a while under a specific circumstance.
This issue popped up again. In the latest case it's when a user accesses our Web Player through a UAG portal. So there's no user desktop I can go to and fiddle with the IE settings. I still don't understand the problem or how to fix. If anyone has learned anything new I would love to hear it.
