Web Player Services not accessible after upgrade to Spotfire 7.11

Hi All,

We currently upgraded to Spotfire 7.11 and I tried installing the Web Player Services but failed with an error.

We encountered an error and hence cannot access any of  dashboards through the  web client.

Can somebody help me with the following errors in the attached screenshot.
