Webplayer Permissions Error - Won't load analysis

Today we were adjusting our library file structure and shortly afterwards started receiving this error for endusers (view below).  All of the permissions are still in place, and the only thing that has changed is the path of the files.  This is not affecting any of our administrators (we can all still log in form webplayer as well). I also noticed that any files without information links seem to be unaffected and any level of user may still log in.  Anyone have experience with this?
