When attempting to connect to Dynamics 365 online, I get the error

We use Scribe to sync data nightly between several in-house legacy systems and Dynamics 365 online. We have 3 Dynamics instances: Development, Test and Production. Out of the blue, when a scheduled job attempted to connect to our Test instance, the dts file throws the following error: "ExecuteMultiple Request batch size exceeds the maximum batch size allowed!" There have been no changes to the Scribe adapter settings or the CRM settings. It never actually connects to the instance so I cannot modify the adapter settings in the dts file. Scribe can still connect fine to the other two CRM instances.  Has anyone seen this before?
