Why am I receiving a "Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown. " on the RS Solution.

I am using on-premise adapter to replicate a Salesforce database to sql server database.  Recently I have been receiving a "Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown. " on the RS Solution. Once I restart the adapter and refresh metadata it will start working. But, after a couple of days, I will start receiving the message again. The only thing that has recently changed is additional tables were added to my sql server database with a different schema. Could this have any impact on the RS?
