Why is it still asking me to sign up for a subscription plan when I have already activated my TIBCO Cloud Spotfire student account?

I have already activated my student account for TIBCO Cloud Spotfire which grants me use for 1 whole year but for some reason, the site is still asking me to subscribe to a plan. Please advise on what should I do.
