Did you know that TIBCO provides omni-channel commerce and fulfillment capabilities for digital subscriptions, where we can simplify the management of complicated bundles and services, such as in Telco, Media, High-Tech, Industrial Services, and Financial Services.
In this proof of concept, these capabilities are integrated with TIBCO Spotfire® for analytics, TIBCO ActiveMatrix® BPM for case management, TIBCO Nimbus™ for customer care, and Amazon Alexa for customer interface.
