When cloning and preparing an app with hierarchical connections via the API, loading associated metadata did not complete. In such cases, the flows in the app did not compile, but the prepare process returned a success message. (Case # 01901546)

Information on source fields used to reprocess failed records was not stored correctly when there were duplicate field or entity names with different casing included in the Map.
