As you start to explore the platform be sure to check out the orientation resources. Tutorials for each TIBCO Cloud Integration capability (Connect/Scribe, Integrate/BusinessWorks, Develop/Flogo, and Mashery API management) provide a quick start lesson and an extended tutorial with more in-depth training.
Get the most from TIBCO Cloud Integration software by attending or viewing our educational workshops. Workshops run up to 1.5 hours. You can follow along and work on the exercises during the session or just observe. There is time for Q&A, so bring your questions. Past topics include the API Platform Connector and creating custom messaging connectors. A full list of topics and recordings can be found on the TIBCO Cloud Workshop Community page.
TIBCO offers advanced training on TIBCO Cloud Integration - Connect software throughout the year. This training is instructor-led and offered in a classroom setting twice a year in both the US and EMEA. It is also offered in a virtual format up to six times each year, making it very accessible to customers and partners. You can find the agenda and scheduling details on the Training Registration page.
TIBCO Scribe Insight 7.9.5 software was released in August 2019. This version focuses on branding changes and its new download location on TIBCO eDelivery. The best practice is to upgrade to 7.9.5, especially if you are using a version older than 7.9.3. There are a number of fixes in 7.9.3 and 7.9.4 that are all included in 7.9.5. See the release notes for more details.
Insight downloads are now located on TIBCO eDelivery. Adapter installers are no longer available separately and are included in the full Insight download. Important eDelivery concepts: 1.) You need a TIBCO account 2.) Your company can designate an administrative user to control who can download your products from eDelivery.

We have adopted a new notification system across all our cloud services (cloud.tibco.com) to keep you informed of scheduled maintenance and service events pertaining to TIBCO Cloud platforms. The status page URL is https://status.cloud.tibco.com. The new platform allows you to view and subscribe to information via email on any ongoing service event.
Go to edelivery.tibco.com and search for TIBCO Scribe, choose the product, and then check Email me when product is updated.
After logging in to the support portal, you can select the products you want to be notified on when there are new knowledge articles, release announcements, and retirement notices.
Scribe Insight hotfixes are now available through the support portal at https://support.tibco.com. Once you have logged in, on the main menu, select Downloads > Hotfixes. Expand the list of AvailableDownloads and scroll down to the Scribe section.
