  • How to Configure TIBCO FTL® on AWS ECS

    Bill Mclane

Amazon Elastic Container Service (ECS) is a container management service that supports Docker containers that allows running applications on a managed cluster of Amazon EC2 instances.  A TIBCO FTL Cluster can be configured to run in Amazon ECS with Elastic File System (EFS) for configuration storage.

Running TIBCO FTL Cluster on Amazon ECS involves:

    • Configuring the Amazon Elastic Container Service (ECS) for TIBCO FTL.
    • Configuring the Amazon Elastic File System (EFS) for the FTL storage
    • Configuring the Amazon Elastic Container Registry (ECR) for the Docker® image registry
    • Creating a Docker® image embedding FTL and hosting it in ECR
