Is there a way to resume a case with red errors

When a TIBCO iprocess workflow case fails at a certain step with a fatal error (error message displayed in red), I've noticed that it retries that step every 5 minutes for 12 more times and then stops retrying (please refer to the screenshot provided). I have a couple of questions related to the same:

1> Where exactly is this retry count of 12 set Is it possible to change it to say 20 or more

2> Now that the retries have stopped, is it possible to make the case retry the step one more time
