How to get multiple values from CSV or text file

Hi,

I'm trying to get a multiple data from single column. Actually, I'm giving an input using web service (SOAP UI). I need the particular column (Date), which I give as starting of the month say 01-12-2020. This date should be increased till 31st Dec, 2020 and based on the date the remaining columns (Say name, ID etc.,) should be printed till end of the month.

As I said I'm giving input using SOAP UI, also using data format to render data and expecting output in CSVformat.

Can anyone please help me how to do it
