Why does Statistica fails to complete registration

I have purchased and successfully installed Statistica 13.5, academic bundle. The automatic registration does not work; manual registration -the license file never arrrived.

I purchased Statistica 13.5 academic on 12/21/2020 from OnTheHub, and sucessfully installed the program. Neither the automatic or manual registration seem to be working. I have not recieved a license file.

 

When I contacted Tibco (as recommened in the registration error box) and they told me to contact OnTheHub. I contacted OnTheHub and they told me to contact Tibco. I contacted Tibco again and they told me to use the community.tibco.com for support.

 

I need a solution to this asap. Thanks.
