Christopher Boyd Posted December 28, 2020 Share Posted December 28, 2020 I've inherited a pre-configured Scribe Insight installation. A particular user has his credentials as the user name and password for a connection. When he changed his password in MS-365 it seems this connection was broken. I can see in Workbench where the username and password are but I can't change it. I also could be entirely in the wrong place.
