How do I obtain a registration file to finish registering

I purchased Statistica 13.5 academicon 12/21/2020 from OnTheHub, and sucessfully installed the program. Neither the automatic or manual registration seem to be working. I have not recieved a license file.

When I contacted Tibco (as recommened in the registration error box) and they told me to contact OnTheHub. I contacted OnTheHub and they told me to contact Tibco. I contacted Tibco again and they told me to use the community.tibco.com for support.

I need a solution to this asap. Thanks.

OnTheHub now told me that I needed the activation file (stat.lic) from Tibco. I contacted Tibco and they said that because it was an academic version, I needed to get help through the Tibco Community Forum.
