tibco clarity service is not working

Hi Support,

i have created three times the tibco clarity instance but each time the url is not workign i have check the service in the /etc/init.d/ but unable to find any services.

i have provision the server on the AWS environmnet and from market place we opt these images and build the server"https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/TIBCO-Software-Inc-TIBCO-Clarity/B..."

But nothing works we have open the port 80 and 443 on the SG But when the application is not working then how the ports will reserver

as.logs
