Connection to Salesforce (Login - Adapter for Salesforce)

Hi,

I have followed the instruction from the "Scribe Adapter for Salesforce Online Help" to connect to my salesforce organization.

User: the same username I use to connect to mySalesforce organization.

Password: I haveadded thesecurity token to the end of mypassword per the Online Help

Salesforce.com URL:https://login.salesforce.com/services/Soap/u/31.0

However, I am seeing the following errors instead.

What have I missed
