Calculate Cohen's kappa in Random Forest analysis (RF)

Dear Readers,

I am running a RF classification analysis, and would also like to calculate Cohen's kappa. Within the Results Cohen's kappa is not calculated, and it is time consuming to do it manually. Although it can be found in Attribute Agreement Analysis, but I cannot get it calculated from Random Forest on my data. The variable design in those analyses seems quite different to me. Can somebody help me how to calculate Cohen's kappa on a datafile similar to the example Boston2.sta data file in Statistica

The main purpose would be to evaluate the classification model(s).
