Getting permission denied when trying to start MFT Platform Server Responder

When starting theMFT Platform Server Responder, I see the below error.

MFT Platform Server Responder will be started from /apps/cyber

 

Failed To Start CyberResp process. Read /apps/cyber/FailureReason.txt

Below is the FailureReason.txt

nohup: failed to run command /apps/cyber/CyberResp: Permission denied

The permissions are correct, they are set the same way on another server that is runnign the same version.
