reference appnode properties in bw application

Dears,

if I want to centrlize a property value in tibco bw 6 similaur to tibco.env.APP_ARGS=-p filename or reference/use a user-defined properties in appspace or appnode .

is there is such a way

Hi

The equivalent in BW6 would be to use Application Profiles. You can configure multiple application profiles (a set of application properties), so at design time you could define a profile for Dev and one for Test, for example. You could also export an application profile or specify different properties when you deploy.

You can use Module properties and manage them in profiles as previously mentioned.

 

You can also add properties in appspace or appnode config.ini files and use the getSystemProperty() xpath function to use thoses properties values in the BusinessWorks Mapper.
