How to converting a field string type to Byte array type

I am trying to migrate a field of strring type in my source to a byte array in CRM (Notes). I tried different formulas in scribe online but i can not get the field to migrate to my target.

How can I migrate a field string type to a byte array type (CRM, Notes)

Any help will be appreciated.
