BW6- TIBCO-BW-ADMIN-500008- Due to unreachable state applications/appnodes/spaces not visible in admin

Hi All,

It was a working environment.

Due to unreachable status,it suggested to restart agent .Hence tried below:

bwagent stop

TIBCO-BW-AGENT-500010: BusinessWorks Agent did not stop after 30s.

bwadmin show agentprocessinfo xxx

TIBCO-BW-ADMIN-500008: Error in initializing data manager, TIBCO-BW-ADMIN-PRSTNC-500001: Connection to BW Agent failed.

bwagent startagent

TIBCO-BW-AGENT-300001: BusinessWorks Agent is already running.

bwadmin show agents:

TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks version 6.3.2

Connecting to the BW Agent using

TIBCO ActiveSpaces (Java). Enterprise Edition. Version 2.1.6.011

TIBCO-BW-ADMIN-500008: Error in initializing data manager, TIBCO-BW-ADMIN-PRSTNC-500001: Connection to BW Agent failed.

 

Now could not see appnodes/spaces/applications in Admin.

Please suggest/help to get all the components in admin.

I would recommend to stop all bwagents and restart them one by one.

 

Note that use of Active Spaces is deprecated in recent releases of BW 6.X, most customers are now using a configuration based on EMS and a database to manage bwagents.
