How to make the title in the text area change based on the dropdown

Hi there,

this dropdown list is expressed as a string, it has 4 dropdown list optionssuch as, LA, Seattle, Dallas and West.This drop down is a dynamic filter and I have used an expression inside the dropdown see image in attachment 4. I want to show all 3 locations when I pick West and this works but when you check the text area on the right it does not update to West (see image 3), it stays as Seattle. Do you have an idea how make it change to West
