TIBCO Admin shows application in Startingup state

What could be the possible reason for the applications on the TIBCO Admin 5.10 shows starting up but, they are already started and running in the behind, the thing is we can also see the tracing logs, but the uptime still show 0 hr

 

I checked hawk is running fine and there is no error with respect to that.

Hi,

Please check the hawk ami parameters in hawkagent.cfg and application tra file. Make sure they are exactly the same.
