TIBCO-BW-ADMIN-500008: Error in initializing data manager

Hi,

When I am trying to register the agent to TEA, getting an errorTIBCO-BW-ADMIN-500008

Below is the error, that I am experiencing

Connecting to the BW Agent using

ADMIN-PRSTNC-500001: Connection to BW Agent failed.

I have agent and TEA are up and running, but not sure what is causing with the problem to register

Can anyone suggest on how to get rid of the blocking issue, to register the agent.

Hi Ramesh, Were you able to resolve the issue. I'm having the same issue when registerting an agent though bwagent and tea running successfully.

Please try with below command to register bwagent with tea server because in your command tea is missing.

 

bwadmin.exe registerteaagent http://localhost:8777/tea

I have a pretty similar problem, the only difference that for me the BW Agent shows this warning:

14:20:55.434 WARN [main] org.eclipse.jetty.server.Server - ErrorPageMapper not supported for Server level Error Handling

I was checking and also the "bwadmin show agents" command fails and it looks like that even if the bwagent told that its started successfully, it did not...

Does anyone have a solution for this issue

I found a solution that if I disconnect from Wifi, and I start up my BW Agent during this period, later on when I will connect to the internet again it will work properly.
